Rate  Including electricity, excluding tourist tax and final cleaning.

               The reservation takes effect upon receipt of the signed rental contract, accompanied by a deposit of 30% (Week) to 50% (Weekend) of the rent.

              The balance of the rent must be paid 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, accompanied by a check of deposit (not cashed), And a certificate of holidays  insurance is requested (in principle free, at ask your home insurer RC). 

              The deposit check will be returned to you within one month at the latest, depending on the inventory at the outset.
